# What is the XML Schema?

Phoenix utilizes XML files for Hot Folder actions and resources as well as for error reports and job reports. The format for each is specified in detail in the XSD files below.

Job Reports	job-report.xsd

Note

The schemas above are for Phoenix 6.1 and have not been fully updated for Phoenix 7.0, but should be largely similar. This page will be updated when the new schema files are available
